The location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions and right in the city center. The host was lovely and provided me with loads of helpful information. the hotel was very clean and had all the facilities I needed. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great location near Vatican, bus stop to Colosseum, and airport shuttle. Beautiful area with many eateries. Helpful staff, especially Geoffrey. Independent access with keys. Good breakfast, although could be more generous. Cosy room, perfect for winter. Lovely restaurant next door.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a beautiful part of the city, with great value for money. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and provide a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast served in the room is a nice touch, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
All was ok, a few minor improvements could be made.

The hotel is in a great location, away from the busy tourist area but still close enough to access attractions sites like the canal and Vatican City. It is also conveniently located near three bridges, providing easy access to different parts of the city. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything you could need, and the bathroom was classy. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast was simple but good, and you could eat in your room at your preferred time between 8 am and 10.30 am.
Some throw pillows in the room had worn-out covers and uneven filling.
